Matlab scripts

This companion web site provides MATLAB code to reproduce selected figures and examples in the book. This is not general purpose software or a MATLAB toolbox. It simply provides examples of how to reproduce the specific figures and results with given parameters. The software is provided "as-is" as a service to the reader, with no warranty. These MATLAB scripts have been tested on MATLAB R2018b.

Click on the chapter title to access the MATLAB code for that chapter, along with previews of the output. The figures may look slightly different than in the book, in terms of size and font. General purpose utilities used thoughout are gathered in the 'Utilities' section. Data files, source images and MATLAB .mat files used throughout are gathered in the 'Data' section. These are assumed to be placed in directories that lie on the MATLAB path. All files are gathered in a single zip archive for convenient download.
