Max+plus II

Installation

1. To download Max+plus II, please visit Altera at: http://www.altera.com/products/software/pld/products/max/sof-emax_baseline.html
2. Select: download and install the following two files (what brings you to https://www.altera.com/support/software/download/altera_design/mp2_baseline/dnl-baseline.jsp )
3. Download baseline10_2.exe (CAUTION: 47.1 Mb!!!).

4. To obtain a license, please select Get a license file.
1. CAUTION! Use "Hard Disk ID Licensing" and not "NIC Number Licensing".
5. To obtain your number of hard disk, use a DOS window and type: dir /p
6. Once the information is submitted, you should receive your licence by email. You will have to save the contents in a file (ex: license.dat).
7. Install Max+plus II and start it. Go in the menu Options --> License Setup, and provide the place where you have saved the license obtained by email.
