Sign-up for a laboratory section (important reminder)
2010-01-08
For reasons that I'll explain below, you *all* have to sign-up for a laboratory section on Virtual Campus.

maestro.uottawa.ca

Go to ITI1121, on the home page you will see a sign-up form. There are 4 sections:
1 Wednesday 17:30 - 20:30 STE 2-060
2 Monday 19:00 - 22:00 STE 2-060
3 Friday 11:30 - 14:30 STE 2-060
3B Friday 11:30 - 14:30 STE 0-131

At least 9 students that are officially registered to laboratory 1 need to be moved to the laboratory on Friday, and similarly 15 students from laboratory 2 need to move to the laboratory on Friday.

Those of you who are comfortable with French, could attend the French laboratory section (only for the laboratories):

LAB 1	Friday, 17:30 - 20:30	STE 0130 (3 seats available)
LAB 2	Tuesday, 14:30 - 17:30	STE 0131 (8 seats available)

If you want to go that route, contact me directly (by E-mail), I will make the arrangements.

Explanation. The administration did not open enough laboratory sections, and I was told that at this point in time, in order to "officially" open new sections, they would have to unregister all the students, and register you again. So, they simply booked a laboratory for us on Friday, at the same time as Laboratory 3, and they are asking us to re-organise the groups. With your cooperation, I am hoping that we can solve this problem smoothly (after all we are problem solvers!). So, I need 9 students officially registered to laboratory 1 to move to laboratory 3B, 15 students officially registered to laboratory 2 to move to laboratory 3B, 16 students officially registered to laboratory 3 need to move to 3B (but this is easy, since the two laboratories are held at the same time), and those of you who cannot change their laboratory time also need to sign-up on these electronic form so that we get our new lists.

Thank you so much for your cooperation!
