In order to keep the portable Interceptor IDL from becoming PIDL, we provide IDL types that correspond to PIDL types for that
subset of PIDL that the portable Interceptors use. We have chosen to place these new types in a module called Dynamic since
it is the dynamic interface sections that define the PIDL that the portable Interceptors use.
