Figure 21-1 Object Creation
Figure 21-1 shows the parts involved in the creation of an object. An object is
represented by an IOR created by the POA. A set of policies is used to create a POA which influences the set of tagged components
contained within the profiles of any IOR created by that POA. ORB services may have tagged components specific to their service,
therefore they require a means to add tagged components to an IOR. ORB services may also introduce new policies; therefore,
they require a means to create
