If there is a suitable communication mechanism present, an ORB can be implemented in routines resident in the clients and
implementations. The stubs in the client either use a location-transparent IPC mechanism or directly access a location service
to establish communication with the implementations. Code linked with the implementation is responsible for setting up appropriate
databases for use by clients.
