ORB product B is designed to provide highly optimized, very high-speed support for objects located on a single machine. For
example, to support thousands of Fresco GUI objects operated on at near function-call speeds. In addition, some of the objects
will need to be accessible from other machines and objects on other machines will need to be infrequently accessed. To accomplish
this, ORB A provides a half-bridge to support the Internet IOP for communication with other “distributed? ORBs.
