Properties of a B* Tree
Every page has a maximum of m descendants.
Every page except for the root has at least ? (2m-1)/3? descendants.
The root has at least two descendants (unless it is a leaf)
All the leaves appear on the same level.
The main difference between a B-Tree and a B* Tree is in the second rule.
