Some guidelines about e-mail comunication and questions:
- you must send plain text e-mail (no attachments, no mime)
  for any comunication with tutors or professor in this course
- you must read the web page before you send your questions
  (check if a similar question has been posted, and check other
  areas of the web page, such as F.A.Q. or News/Announcements).
- choose descriptive subjects ("Assignment#1" is not very descriptive,
  but "A1- problem opening files" is better)
   
This is going to work like a moderated newsgroup.
