About me

   I am currently researching techniques to incorporate stereoscopic vision to telepresence systems as a mean to improve the realism of image-based virtual environments. This research is part of my PhD thesis in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Ottawa.

Before this project, I did research on the field of radio propagation and communication networks, which was consistent my previous experience in the industry doing development, implementation and testing of telecommunications systems.

My research interests are in the area of multimedia, broadcasting, and displays technologies, but my personal interests extend far beyond those to include a variety of different topics.
