Request for Re-Marking

Statement by Instructor:

• If, by reference to the marking scheme provided, it is your opinion that there has been an error in the marking of your exam, complete this form.
• If you ask for re-marking by completing this form, the 3 extra marks that were added to your exam mark are automatically lost (because the 3 marks were intended to compensate for any possible marking errors).
• You must indicate on the form the question(s) and section number(s) you wish to be remarked. When I remark the said sections I will ensure (as always) that you have received all the marks you deserve according to the marking scheme.
• Please note that since the remark will be done strictly according to the marking scheme, and that the purpose of the remark is solely to correct any possible errors in the marking, the new mark assigned may increase or decrease or remain the same.
