WeST Lab

Web, Semantics and Text

The WeST lab@uOttawa is specialized in all areas related to Semantic Web, data mining, knowledge extraction, natural language processing, ontology engineering and learning, and learning analytics.

The WeST Lab is located at the University of Ottawa (WeST@uOttawa) and at Ecole Polytechnique de Montréal. WeST@uOttawa is led by Prof. Amal Zouaq and WeST@polymtl is led by Prof. Michel Gagnon. Several students are co-supervised by Prof. Amal Zouaq and Prof. Michel Gagnon in both institutions.
