Bio sketch  

My research interests include natural language processing, Semantic Web, ontology engineering, knowledge extraction and technology-enhanced learning. I obtained my M.SC. and Ph.D. degrees at the University of Montreal (Canada). I am the director of the WeST Lab @ uOttawa and I am a member of the TAMALE Lab (Text analysis and Machine Learning) and Natural Language Processing Lab in collaboration with Prof. Diana Inkpen.

I serve as a member of the program committee and as a reviewer in many conferences and journals in knowledge and data engineering, natural language processing, eLearning and the Semantic Web.
