the post-workshop book published by LNCS. Student participants may
receive a copy of the post-workshop LNCS book
provided that enough copies are available (priority will be given to
paper authors and regular participants).
All regular not already members of the SDL Forum Society automatically
become members of the Society for 2004 at no charge, unless indicated
explicitly on the registration the participant does NOT wish to join
the Society (there is no difference in the fee charged).
All talks and panel sessions will be held in
