Language:
The official language of the workshop is English, but Ottawa is a truly bilingual (English and French) city with an harmonious multi-cultural nature.

Weather:
Ottawa's weather in October is usually comfortable with temperatures ranging between 5 and 20 degrees Celsius. There is normally not yet snow at this time of the year which is one of the best to go explore outdoor locations. Especially, early Fall in eastern Canada sees wonderful colours appear all over the place as trees prepare themselves for the coming Winter. The surroundings of Ottawa are among the best places to observe the nature in all its splendor.
