Submission of Final Camera-Ready Paper

Submit your final camera-ready paper electronically as an IEEE Xplore compatible PDF-format file using the on-line submission site, by September 12, 2008.

All authors of accepted papers are encouraged to submit a full paper. To ensure consistency of the PDF file with the strict IEEE requirements for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, all authors must use the IEEE PDF eXpress web tool, regardless of their initial source file format. PDF files generated by means of other tools are not acceptable. The resulting PDF-compatible file must then be submitted via the conference EDAS submission system.

All accepted full papers will be published in the electronic proceedings and on IEEE Xplore provided that they are PDF-compatible, have been registered for and will be presented at the conference.

To prepare and submit your final camera-ready paper, please follow these steps:
  1. Format the paper according to the Style guidelines and/or use the paper templates in RTF format or LaTeX format.

  2. Final papers are limited to 6 pages in IEEE double column format (no exception).
